OUR STORY. YOUR KIND OF LOVE.
Some bonds deserve something personal.
The welcome at the door. The little face that finds you in a crowded room. The quiet comfort of simply being together. Your pet has a way of making ordinary life extraordinary.
That bond is at the heart of McORven Pets. We’re a British brand with our office in Gibraltar, creating personal pieces that celebrate the love you already share.
We bring your chosen details into each piece, personalise it individually and finish it with care. Not just another accessory: something that feels like them, and belongs to your story.
Made personal. Because they’re family.
TWO WAYS TO CELEBRATE YOUR BOND
For you. For them. For everything you share.
Two special pieces, each with its own place in your story. Choose the keepsake you wear or the harness they make their own.

THE McORven CARE PROMISE
Your happiness matters to us.
A personalised piece should feel special from the moment it arrives. If it arrives faulty, damaged, or with a personalisation error made by us, contact our team with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
This promise covers faults and errors made by us. Please check your spelling, chosen photo and measurements before ordering. Other returns, delivery terms and statutory rights will be set out in the final store policies before sales open.
A little reassurance.
Is the necklace for me or my pet?
The Portrait Keepsake Necklace is jewellery for you to wear, personalised with your pet’s portrait and name. The harness is for your dog.
What photo should I choose?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet’s face fully visible. Avoid heavy filters, blur or cropped ears. Your chosen photo is attached to your order for personalisation.
How do I choose a harness size?
Measure your dog’s neck and chest using a soft tape. We are confirming the exact size chart with our supplier. Do not order by breed or weight alone.
When will my piece arrive?
Personalisation and delivery estimates, shipping costs and supported destinations must be confirmed before ordering opens. The final total will be shown before payment.
